What is the Franklin Method®?

The Franklin Method is a dynamic approach to movement that places the body and its function centered stage.

We combine Dynamic Neuro-cognitive Imagery (DNI)™ with targeted exercises to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of the body and mind. This is a smarter, more intuitive way to train in step with the design of your body.

In simple terms, the Franklin Method helps you understand your anatomy better, offering metaphorical imagery and embodiment techniques to help you hone its movement and maintain healthy function. This approach to physical training is evidence-based and successfully applied by numerous universities, academies and organizations across the globe.

Understanding Dynamic Neuro-cognitive Imagery (DNI)™

How do you use Franklin Method® to assist dance students, athletes and professionals?
